Freeformers is a young digital company with a difference. They don’t just help big business with digital training and digital transformation (they work with the likes of Barclays, O2, ASOS, BBC and Tesco): for every business person they train, they train an unemployed young person for free. They call this the one_for1 model and it creates a digital talent pool for UK businesses whilst also giving young people valuable skills to help secure a job.
Freeformers is staffed by a young, energetic crowd and we were asked to capture the energy and vibrancy of the organisation and its training sessions. We worked with ace photographer Nick Dolding on an all-day photoshoot, to capture the spirit of this young talented team and made sure it was great fun for everyone.
